PHARMACY AWARENESS REPRESENTATIVES
Jess Blinks & Stephanie Samios - 2016
Hi, my name is Stephanie Samios (right) and I am one of your Pharmacy Awareness Representatives for 2017. I have come straight from first year representative into this role for my second year and look forward to what we can achieve in QPSA this year.
Hi, I’m Jessica Blinks (left) and am QPSA’s other Pharmacy Awareness representative this year and am currently in third year.
Together we have some great things planned throughout the year starting with raising money during Charity Cup for “Livin.” We plan to do this through Cadbury chocolate sales and what’s planned to be one of the best party’s QPSA has ever put on at the Red Room, including an hour of Trivia for those interested prior. Industry Awareness Day is another great opportunity we bring to you so you can get freebies from pharmaceutical retailers such as ego, Bioceuticals, PSA, Pharmacy Club and many more as well as a FREE sausage sizzle, to be held on the 8th of May this year at PACE. We also organise Health Students Blood Challenge in which you can participate by giving blood for QPSA during July/September - we would love to win this challenge from NAPSA and need your help to do it! Make sure you watch out for all the announcements on all of these great opportunities by liking QPSA on facebook. If you have any questions or would like to get involved and help us out, please send us an e-mail or come and talk to us if you see us around St. Lucia or PACE. Wish you all a great year! firstname.lastname@example.org
Pharmacy Awareness Initiatives and About the Role
About Charity Cup
Charity Cup is an annual challenge set by the National Australian Pharmacy Students' Association (NAPSA) where we compete against the other pharmacy student associations from the different Universities around Australia to see who can raise the most money for a nominated charity. In 2017 our charity is Livin'.

Industry Awareness Day
Industry Awareness Day is a mini trade hall designed to link students with pharmacy professionals and the knowledge they can provide. We bring representatives from companies such as Mylan, PSA and The Guild to you!
