MERCHANDISE COLLECTION POLICY
Thank you for your purchase with the Queensland Pharmacy Students' Association (QPSA). To ensure the smooth collection of your merchandise, please read the following important information:

Merchandise can be collected at the following location:
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that all merchandise sales are final once purchased. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in cases of faulty or damaged items, as per QPSA’s refund and return policy.
Uncollected Merchandise
All merchandise must be collected by the end of the year in which it was purchased, excluding items purchased after the final storeroom collection date of that year. After the year's end, QPSA reserves the right to dispose of or redistribute any uncollected items at its discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a photo of the issue and your proof of purchase. We will assist with the resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Collection Requirements
- Student ID and Proof of Purchase: To collect your QPSA merchandise, you must present your student ID and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt). This ensures that only the purchaser or an authorised representative can collect the items.
- Collection by a Representative: If someone else is collecting your merchandise on your behalf, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following details: Your full name, the name of the person collecting your items, a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Collection Deadline: All merchandise must be collected by the end of the year in which it was purchased, excluding items purchased after the final storeroom collection date of that year.

- The QPSA Storeroom is in room 0870-5047
